Our range of TELIS 9000 universal input transmitters is designed to measure, isolate, convert and transmit any signal as it is equipped with a universal input. Featuring quadruple galvanic isolation, our devices convert 24-bit input signals and 16-bit output signals. For thermocouple inputs, they incorporate cold junction compensation accurate to +/- 1°C.
Our devices are integrated on dedicated baselines inside cabinets on various temperature control processes at the REMIVAL Energy Recovery Unit in Reims.
Our transmitters take measurements from temperature sensors. This measurement is then isolated and converted into an electrical signal for transmission to the PLCs managing the above processes. In this way, our electrical signal conditioning devices contribute to their smooth operation. They help to create energy, which is then converted into heat and redistributed to homes in the Greater Reims area.
The REMIVAL plant in REIMS is a waste-to-energy plant (UVE) belonging to the Communauté d'Agglomération de Reims.
The purpose of this energy recovery centre is to eliminate and recover, by incineration, the household waste of 221,000 inhabitants as well as solid waste of industrial origin insofar as it can be assimilated to household waste.
The thermal energy is then fed into a heating network that helps to heat homes in two districts of Reims and 2 hospitals. The electrical energy produced is self-consumed and the remainder is sold to the public ENEDIS network.
Our customer VEOLIA has chosen to use JM CONCEPT products for their reliability and universality. We would like to thank them warmly for this choice and for the trust they have placed in us for several years.
