We have implemented several improvement actions:
- Implementation of new IT tools in order to perform a better implementation in all our processes
- Creation of our new website in order to offer the best possible user experience
- Complete redesign of our user documentation to better guide users in the commissioning of our products
- Setting up regular LinkedIn communications to stay close to our customers and partners
All JM Concept teams, involved in this will for improvement, will continue in this perspective for the years to come.
