On the website, there are 2 types of data that can be collected:

1- Data communicated by the customers. These data are those that you transmit to us directly:

During your visits, once you have given your consent, we may collect "web analytics" type information relating to your browsing, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. The technology used is the cookie.

When using the contact form, the data you send us directly are used to contact you again to follow up your request.

The information you provide when creating your account and during the order process (name and surname, postal address, phone number, email) is mandatory for the processing of your order.

Web analytics" data are collected anonymously (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics. It allows us to measure the audience of our website, the consultations and possible errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. 

This data is used by JM Concept and will never be given to a third party or used for any other purpose than the ones detailed above. 

These data are potentially transmitted to the subcontractor Sendinblue to carry out e-mailing campaigns to inform you about our news. This data is imported in excel on their platform and they do not have the authorization to use it.
