Our range of TELIS 9000 universal input digital transmitters is designed to measure, isolate, convert and transmit a signal to an analogue or digital output. Featuring quadruple galvanic isolation, our TELIS 9300T0 units are display-free and convert current input signals into analogue output signals. They are equipped with 3 relay outputs depending on the model.
All our LINE devices store information on a dedicated space from which the data reception devices (computer, PLC, dedicated site, etc.) retrieve the data. The information circulates on the desired fieldbus.
The UNILINE interface is used when one or more Ethernet Modbus-TCP masters need to operate with Modbus slaves that do not have an Ethernet interface. The UNILINE acts as a gateway between the Ethernet Modbus-TCP master devices and the Modbus slave devices.
The interface converts and transfers requests from TCP clients (master devices) on the RS485 backplane to Modbus RTU. It waits for a response and sends it back to the client. As the backplane can accept several MODBUS slave devices in parallel, these are distinguished on the serial link by their own unique MODBUS address. So, from a TCP point of view, the client application (PC or PLC software, etc.) identifies each serial device by its MODBUS address and by the IP address of the UNILINE gateway.
Our devices are integrated inside cabinets on a pump management process that monitors the temperature and vibrations of the process equipment.
Our 60 TELIS 9300T0 transmitters and 3 UNILINE MODBUS TCP data concentrators acquire the current and voltage measurements from the temperature sensors. This measurement is then isolated and converted into an analogue signal for transmission to the PLCs managing safety via threshold relays.
In this way, our signal conditioning devices contribute to the smooth running of the plant.
Since the end of 2023, the Maréchal Juin pumping station has replaced the Zup-Kennedy pumping station, which was ageing and had become undersized.
This new station supplies water to more than 40,000 Nîmes households in the north-west of the city, as well as the city's university hospital. Its commissioning was intended to avoid water shortages, which could have put a number of people in difficulty.
The creation of this new pumping station will ensure that the number of leaks is reduced, thereby protecting users. A change in pressure has also reduced the water bill for the Nîmes households concerned.
Our customer JP Industrie has chosen to use JM CONCEPT products for their reliability. We would like to thank them warmly for their choice and the trust they have placed in us.
