The LINE remote I/O solutions allows data transfer according to fieldbus used (Modbus, Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus...). Depending on the reference, this solutions are able to interface up to 32 slaves (i.e. 1 to 128 measurement channels).
The LINE remote I/O solutions enable data transfer between Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP protocols.
The TELIS 9000 transmitters are a range of transmitters with universal input and featuring quadruple galvanic isolation, 24-bit conversion for inputs and 16-bit conversion for outputs, and precise cold junction compensation to ± 1°C for thermocouple inputs.
The specificity of the TELIS 9090 is that it is an interfacing solution compatible with various fieldbus systems (Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP, Modbus RTU). Our baseline (BL) are equipped with an internal power and communication bus, enabling you to connect several channels to your PLC network. Several inputs are available for interfacing modules: Process (Voltage, Current), Temperature (PT100, TC...), Strain Gauge, TOR, Frequency, Electrical quantities (Voltage and Intensity), Power and Energy. Many types of modules can be interfaced with any type of output: analog, relay, sensor power supplies, galvanic isolators such as the JK2001D.
The TELIS 9090T0 has only one digital output, and is offered without display.
Our devices are used on a test bench set up by ACTEMIUM Paris Testing & Robotics as part of a vibration assessment for a car manufacturer.
The test bench assesses the vibration endurance combined with climatic stresses of the various components and equipment of a RENAULT vehicle. The system is equipped with a cabinet containing 23 TELIS 9090T0 interfacing solutions and a MIPLINE concentrator. This cabinet is dedicated to a test bench for measuring the signs of ageing on a vehicle's bodywork, plastics and noise.
The universality of our TELIS allows us to recover a wide range of signals, such as PT100, thermocouple, 0-10V and 4-20mA ana inputs. RENAULT, can change the type of sensor by simply modifying the parameters of our TELIS 9090T0.
All the signals collected are sent back to a PLC via a TCP/IP fieldbus for regulation. The TELIS 0-10V analogue outputs are sent to the M340 PLC input cards and, at the same time, the information is sent to the supervision system via the MIPLINE TCP/IP bus.
We would like to thank ACTEMIUM Paris Testing & Robotics based in Marolles en HUREPOIX and RENAULT for their trust ?
