The EOLIS 3000 transmitters are at the heart of our range of solutions for industry. As multifunctional PROCESS input transmitters, they can also be used as resistive input transmitters or 2-wire PT100 transmitters. Equipped with two analogue outputs, some models can manage up to four relays, and all have an RS485 Mobdus RTU communication port!
The EOLIS 3000T0 stands out for its two universal inputs without analogue outputs, while the EOLIS 3000T2 enhances the range with two analogue outputs.
LINE concentrators are the answer to efficient field data integration. They enable data to be transferred easily between various communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus and many others. Capable of connecting up to 32 slaves, they make it easy to manage from 1 to 128 measurement channels.
That's why our LINE data hub and I/O solutions are a revolution for your automation needs:
MIPLINE concentrators excel at transferring data between the Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP protocols.
The company SUEZ SEVESC has chosen to use our EOLIS 3000T0 and EOLIS 3000T2 process input transmitters, as well as our MIPLINE concentrator in the Carré Réunion Water Treatment Plant, on its "membrane treatment of waste water" process. These devices have been installed to route all the signals from various sensors, such as flow, level, pressure, pH, temperature and turbidity of the water to the PLCs via the TCP/IP bus.
Around 800 electrical signals are managed by our solutions, which consist of EOLIS and MIPLINE assemblies mounted on BL08 subbases. Our equipment is installed in around 80 electrical cabinets on site.
Located in the commune of Saint-Cyr-l'École, this plant treats wastewater and stormwater from 14 communes in the Plaine de Versailles area, representing the equivalent of 340,000 inhabitants. Since 2017, it has been equipped with Europe's largest membrane treatment unit, an innovative final separation technology that does not require the addition of chemicals, and guarantees a level of water purification far superior to that achieved by conventional treatments.
Wastewater and rainwater are treated in a number of stages:
The Syndicat has delegated certain tasks to SEVESC, a subsidiary of SUEZ, under two public service delegation contracts. On behalf of Hydreaulys, SEVESC operates 33 wastewater and stormwater storage and discharge facilities, more than 215 km (135 km of collection networks and 80 km of transport networks) of collection and transport networks and the Carré de Réunion wastewater treatment plant.
Hydreaulys is a local authority responsible for collecting, transporting and treating wastewater and rainwater in western Paris. It also manages the development, restoration, maintenance and enhancement of the Ru de Gally. Its territory covers 31 communes.
Our loyal customer and partner SUEZ has chosen to use JM CONCEPT products for their reliability and universality. We would like to thank them warmly for their choice and the trust they have placed in us.
